• Booking Confirmation - All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

• Group Size - Maximum group sizes apply for safety reasons
• Payment - Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Booking ID - You will receive a unique booking ID for your reservation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue to provide exceptional services:

Cancellation by Customer

• 48+ Hours Before Visit - Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 Hours Before Visit - 50% refund or reschedule to another date
• Less Than 24 Hours Before Visit - No refund, but may reschedule based on availability
• No Show - No refund, and full booking amount is forfeited

Cancellation by Ahira Eco Adventures

• Weather Conditions - In case of extreme weather, we may cancel for safety reasons
• Force Majeure - Natural disasters, government regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances
• Safety Concerns - Any condition that might compromise guest safety

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your booking.

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods - We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking) and WhatsApp payments
• Pricing - All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Price Changes - We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• Payment Security - All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways
• Payment Confirmation - You will receive a payment confirmation via email

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest at Ahira Eco Adventures, you agree to:

• Follow Safety Guidelines - All safety instructions provided by our staff must be followed
• Respect Nature - Do not litter, damage plants, or disturb wildlife
• Report Hazards - Immediately report any safety concerns to our staff
• Supervise Children - Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times
• Stay Within Designated Areas - For safety, please stay within marked trails and activity zones
• Provide Accurate Information - Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed

Liability and Disclaimer

• Assumption of Risk - You acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks

• Property Damage - You are responsible for any damage you cause to property
